How to Pay

Customers wishing to make payments can do so using any of the following options.

Online

• Pay online via our online payment portal.

By Phone

• To pay by phone, call (641) 673-8476 during business hours, 7 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

In-Person

• Drop payment in the drop-box next to the drive-up window at our Water Department Office, 1208 S 7th St., Oskaloosa, IA 52577. Drop-box payments are collected by 8:00 a.m. each weekday.

By Mail

• Mail your payment to Oskaloosa Water Municipal Department, P.O. Box 708, Oskaloosa, IA 52577.

By ACH Draft

• Complete and return our ACH Direct Pay form to have your water bill taken out of your bank account each month.
